Redbox President Mitch Lowe, speaking at the recent Entertainment Supply Chain Academy Edge conference, said that Redbox is seriously considering charging $1.50 for a one-night Blu-ray rental. In addition, Mr. Lowe confirmed that consumers can expect Blu-ray titles in Redbox displays over the next few months, further demonstrating the company's support of the high definition format.
