This speaker is the little brother of Wharfedale's three-way EVO4.C center channel. The smaller, two-way EVO4.CS trims off just over 2-1/2" in height, making it an easier fit into some space-challenged setups. High-performance design Wharfedale's EVO4 lineup uses technology and design elements developed for the company's flagship Elysian line. The 4.CS features an advanced folded ribbon tweeter that produces silky-smooth high frequencies, plus two 5" woven Kevlar? woofers for solid bass and midrange. The drivers are housed in a curved bass-reflex cabinet that's carefully designed with internal bracing to damp sound-muddying vibrations.
