LG BU50NST 4K Laser Projector

A compact and powerful 4K projector LG's BU50NST laser projector has a light, compact design, but it's powerful enough for a variety of education and business applications. It uses XPR pixel-shifting technology to display full UHD 4K resolution. The ultra-bright laser light source provides 5,000 lumens of brightness - enough to deliver a clear picture, even in bright conference rooms. DLP micromirror technology If you've been to a movie theater in the last twenty years, there's a good chance you've seen a DLP (Digital Light Processing) projector in action. Those professional projectors are massive and expensive, and they feature three DLP imaging chips - one each for the red, green, and blue color primaries. Most smaller DLP projectors, including the BU50NST, use a single DLP chip with a color wheel to reproduce the full color spectrum. The underlying technology sounds like something out of science fiction: DLP chips use millions of tiny mirrors to control the individual pixels that make up the image. Flexible connections On the back panel you'll find two HDMI inputs to connect your high-res sources. Cutting-edge HDBaseT technology simplifies installation with just one CAT-5/6 cable carrying video, audio, Ethernet, and control commands up to 328 feet. (Transmitter required; sold separately.)
