A special anniversary edition integrated amplifier The Denon PMA-A110 commemorates the company's 110th anniversary with strikingly simple looks and high-end build quality. It provides 80 watts of good, clean power, and it's 4-ohm stable so it can drive a wide range of demanding speakers. There are three optical inputs and one coaxial input for connecting digital source components. These inputs accept signals up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution, and they're auto-sensing, so they turn on the amp as soon as they receive a signal from a connected source. The internal DAC (digital-to-analog converter) consists of four separate Burr Brown chips working together to render digital signals with accurate, musical detail. The Type-B USB input on the back of the amp is compatible with streams and files up to 32-bit/384 kHz resolution. Ultra AL32 Processing upsamples digital signals for smooth, accurate sound. ...and enjoy pure analog sound, too An internal digital isolator circuit keeps digital and analog circuitry separate, and you can completely disable the amp's digital circuits in Analog Mode so they don't interfere with your analog listening experience. There are four stereo RCA inputs on the back panel, including a dedicated phono input for turntables with moving magnet and moving coil cartridges. There are some nice additional touches, like a preamp input and separate audio outputs for recording. For times when you need to listen privately, there's a front-panel 1/4-inch headphone jack.
