And you can still make wired connections to an external component via the stereo RCA input on the back of the left-hand speaker, or connect your computer to the USB port. There's also an RCA output for connecting a powered subwoofer like the Audioengine S8 . Perfect power Dual 15-watt amplifiers built into the left speaker provide all the power these speakers need to sound their best. They're matched to each speaker's 2-3/4" Aramid fiber woofer and 3/4" silk dome tweeter, so you don't have to make room for a receiver or amplifier in your entertainment space.
