NAD is now shipping the new M50.2 digital music player. Part of the company's Master Series, the M50.2 supports hi-res audio playback and multi-room wireless streaming within the BluOS ecosystem. You can rip CDs to the 2TB internal hard drive, attach a USB drive, or download hi-res music from a variety of built-in services like HDTracks.com and HiResMusic.com. The player offers HDMI, USB, AES/EBU, coaxial, and optical digital audio outputs, as well as Bluetooth with aptX. The M50.2 carries an MSRP of $3,999.

NAD Electronics announced their Masters Series M50.2 Digital Music Player ($3,999 U.S. MSRP) is now shipping. The M50.2 provides high resolution music listening, multi-room wireless streaming to other BluOS enabled speakers, 24/192 storage, and CD ripping all in one elegant component.

The M50.2 is a top-of-the-line, BluOS enabled player that is an extension to the company's popular 40th anniversary M50/M51/M52 Digital Music Suite, combining the functions of both the M50 and M52 into one sleek package. Offering only digital outputs, but including AES/EBU and HDMI, the only addition needed is a complementary DAC or Digital Preamp, such as the company's own M12 and M17 models.
