From NAD
NAD Electronics announced their Masters Series M50.2 Digital Music Player ($3,999 U.S. MSRP) is now shipping. The M50.2 provides high resolution music listening, multi-room wireless streaming to other BluOS enabled speakers, 24/192 storage, and CD ripping all in one elegant component.
The M50.2 is a top-of-the-line, BluOS enabled player that is an extension to the company's popular 40th anniversary M50/M51/M52 Digital Music Suite, combining the functions of both the M50 and M52 into one sleek package. Offering only digital outputs, but including AES/EBU and HDMI, the only addition needed is a complementary DAC or Digital Preamp, such as the company's own M12 and M17 models.
The M50.2 Digital Music Player is a major upgrade of the company's landmark M50, introduced four years ago. Heralded as a bold step forward in digital music reproduction, the M50.2 proudly takes the baton and builds upon its predecessor's legacy with a variety of performance upgrades and innovative features.
With the M50.2, music lovers can simply network music throughout their home. They can do this effortlessly as they digitize and centrally store their music library and then make it available to other BluOS- enabled components throughout their home. And it is all in high resolution with merely a tap of the finger away on a smartphone or tablet or a click of a universal remote.

In addition to some of the most efficient and highest performing processors available, the M50.2 is elegantly designed, with a bright control panel and a sleek and streamlined look that will complement most any décor.
