Norwegian high-end audio equipment manufacturer Electrocompaniet has announced the launch of its latest addition to the esteemed AW series, the Electrocompaniet AW 300 M Mono Power Amplifier. Designed as a mono-only model, the AW 300 M follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, the AW 800 M, with a promise to deliver exceptional audio performance in a more compact package.

The AW 300 M, a mono-only amplifier, is designed to provide a limitless soundstage, pinpoint precision, and room-filling low-frequency reproduction. While it may be smaller in size compared to the AW 800 M, it packs a formidable punch with its 300 Watts of power into 8 Ohms.

One of the main features of the AW 300 M is its use of Electrocompaniet's direct-coupled high open-loop bandwidth topology. This, coupled with a high slew rate of 140 V/µs and exceptionally high bandwidth amplifier stages, should ensure that the audio signal remains pristine throughout the amplification process.
