Denon has expanded its range of true wireless earbuds with the introduction of the white version of its PerL and PerL Pro models. These new earbuds stand out in the crowded market due to their advanced personalized sound technology, which customizes audio based on individual ear anatomy and lifestyle.

The main feature of the Denon PerL and PerL Pro earbuds is their ability to create a unique hearing profile for each user. This is achieved through the Masimo Adaptive Acoustic Technology (AAT), which measures the outer, middle, and inner ear. 

This comprehensive approach sets Denon apart from many competitors that only measure the outer ear. According to the company, the result is a personalized hearing profile that enhances the depth, detail, and clarity of the sound, tailored specifically to the listener's hearing.

Using artificial intelligence, the Denon PerL Headphone app generates these custom audio profiles. This ensures that the sound is perfectly tuned to the listener's hearing characteristics. The personalized approach aims to provide an optimal audio experience, whether listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls.

The PerL Pro model supports Qualcomm’s aptX Lossless audio codec, which allows for CD-quality sound over Bluetooth. This technology ensures that there is no loss in audio quality due to the limitations of Bluetooth connectivity. Additionally, the earbuds feature spatial audio powered by Dirac Virtuo, creating a surround sound experience that improves the immersive quality of the audio.

Both models come equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC). The standard PerL model features regular ANC, while the PerL Pro model includes adaptive ANC, which adjusts the level of noise cancellation based on the ambient noise and the fit of the earbuds. 

Another notable feature of the PerL Pro is Multipoint connectivity, which allows the earbuds to connect to two devices simultaneously. This is particularly useful for users who need to switch between a business phone and a personal device seamlessly.

In terms of battery life, the PerL earbuds offer up to six hours of playback on a single charge, with an additional 18 hours provided by the charging case. The PerL Pro earbuds extend this to eight hours of playback, with the charging case providing up to 24 hours of total use. The Pro model also supports wireless charging.

Both the PerL and PerL Pro models feature built-in microphones for phone calls and videoconferencing, with water and sweat resistance rated at IPX4. This makes them suitable for various environments, including workouts and outdoor activities.
