Astell&Kern has announed that it will add the TIDAL music streaming service to its lineup of portable hi-res audio players. TIDAL is one of the few streaming services that allows you to stream music at full CD quality, as opposed to a compressed format. The site offers unlimited access to over 42.5 million songs, as well as curated playlists and videos. TIDAL support will be added first to the AK70 (shown here), AK300, AK320, and AK380 players via firmware update; owners of the AK240, AK100 II, and AK120 II players will receive the update at a later date.
